The festival will take place Labor Day weekend 2012, from Friday August 31st to Sunday September 2nd.
The festival space will be open to our guests for 50 straight hours, starting at 5pm Friday till 7pm on Sunday. This gives our guests a full day to get home since Monday is Labor Day.
The registration fee is $10 at the door. You will receive a photo ID name badge as your gym pass. You will then also have the added benefit of being a card carrying member of The Assembly of Awesome. If you're local and you want to come check us out with your families, that is fine too. We will be offering spectator passes good for one day to the general public at a cost of $2 for adults $1 for kids. We will be having a Renegade show this year inside the festival location. This show will be arranged at the festival and will be late at night.
Activities at the festival will include (but are not limited to) open practice space, workshops, vendors, games, and a raffle.
